We accept refunds for any unopened products whether purchased online or through our retail stores.  For a full refund of the product purchase price, your order must be received within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will happily pay return shipping fees if the delivery is our mistake (i.e. you received a broken or wrong item). 

Under no circumstances will a refund be processed without proper RMA (return merchandise authorization) being completed. Following completion of RMA form, a confirmation email will be sent to you with your RMA number.  Please print this out and include it in the box with your returned products.  Without the RMA being submitted and a proper RMA form included in packaging, it may not be possible to complete a return properly.  All returns must be returned to 684 S. Denton Tap Rd, Suite #110, Coppell, TX  75019.

Refunds may take up to 4 weeks before they appear on the customer’s bank statement, however we will make every attempt to process any returns as quickly as possible.  This estimated timeframe is due to the following: return shipping time (3-9 business days), return processing (4-7 business days), and refund requests to the bank (4-9 business days).

No returns can be accepted for refund without RMA.

We are working hard to make sure your Infused Zen purchase gets to your doorstep exactly the way you ordered. Your shipping cost is calculated based on the price and weight of your total checkout.

Our shipping and handling charges cover the expenses we incur to process, pack, and ship your order. Your charges are dependent on the method you select based on the above information. Standard shipping typically takes 5 – 7 business days, excluding weekends and federally observed holidays. In some cases, shipping may get delayed.  

We provide you with an email confirmation and tracking number to follow your shipment for continual updates for orders in the United States.
